- Wrong product shipped due to our error

- Manufacturing defects or quality control failures
- Duplicate charges or billing errors

All Personalized Products Once Manufacturing Begins:
- Any personalized herbal blend once manufacturing has started (usually within 24-48 hours)
- Products manufactured specifically for your individual health profile
- Custom formulations that cannot be resold to other customers
- Unopened personalized products (still cannot be refunded as they were made specifically for you)
Customer Responsibility Issues:
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Customer unavailable for delivery
- Products refused by customer without valid reason
- Orders cancelled after manufacturing has begun (usually 24-48 hours after order)
Change of Mind:
- Customer decides they no longer want the personalized product
- Concerns about ingredients after manufacturing is complete
- Preference changes after custom formulation is created
2. PERSONALIZED MANUFACTURING AND REFUND RESTRICTIONS
Why Personalized Products Cannot Be Refunded Once Manufacturing Begins:
Individual Customization:
- Each herbal blend is manufactured based on your specific AI health analysis
- Formulations are personalized to your individual health profile and symptoms
- Custom ratios and combinations created exclusively for you
- Cannot be resold to other customers even if unopened due to personalization
Safety and Regulatory Compliance:
- FDA regulations prohibit resale of personalized health products
- Cross-contamination prevention between individual customer formulations
- Quality control standards require destruction of returned personalized products
- Individual health liability - products made for your specific health needs only
Manufacturing Investment:
- Raw materials specifically allocated and measured for your formula
- Custom blending process completed using your individual recipe
- Quality testing performed on your specific batch
- Personalized labeling and packaging completed
Timeline for Cancellation:
- 0-24 hours: Full refund available (before manufacturing)
- 24-48 hours: Manufacturing may have begun - contact us immediately
- After 48 hours: Manufacturing complete - no refund available (product is personalized for you)
3. HEALTH AND SAFETY RESTRICTIONS
Why We Cannot Accept ANY Returned Personalized Products:
FDA Regulations:
- Personalized health products cannot be resold regardless of packaging status
- Even unopened personalized products must be destroyed if returned
- Regulatory compliance requires disposal of all returned custom formulations
- Safety protocols prohibit any reuse of individual-specific health products
Customer Safety:
- Products manufactured for your specific health profile only
- Cross-contamination risks even with unopened products
- Cannot verify storage conditions at customer location after delivery
- Liability issues with products designed for individual health needs
Quality Assurance:
- Custom formulations cannot be verified for integrity after leaving our facility
- Temperature and humidity exposure concerns during shipping and storage
- Expiration date and potency considerations for personalized products
- No quality guarantee once products leave controlled manufacturing environment
4. REFUND PROCESS
Step 1: Contact Us
Within 24 hours for order cancellation, or within 30 days for unopened products, contact:
⚠ Important for Custom Orders: If your order was placed within the last 24-48 hours, specify that you want to check if manufacturing has begun. We may be able to stop the manufacturing process if contacted quickly enough.
Step 2: Return Authorization
For eligible returns only (company errors or manufacturing defects):
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label (for company error cases)
Note: Most personalized products cannot be returned. RMA only issued for company errors or defective manufacturing.
Step 3: Product Return (Rare Cases Only)
Only for company error or manufacturing defect cases:
- Ship products in original packaging
- Include RMA number on package
- Use provided return label
- Send within 14 days of receiving RMA
Important: Due to personalization, returned products will be destroyed and cannot be resold.
Step 4: Refund Processing
Upon receiving returned products:
- Inspection within 3-5 business days
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days
- Notification email sent when complete

- Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on payment method
6. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES AND CUSTOM MANUFACTURING
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Cancel anytime before next manufacturing cycle begins
- No refund for current month's personalized products once manufactured
- Manufacturing timeline: Usually begins 3-5 days before scheduled ship date
- Cancellation deadline: Must cancel at least 5 days before next billing cycle
Subscription Cancellation Timeline:
- 5+ days before billing: Full cancellation, no charges
- 3-5 days before billing: May cancel if manufacturing hasn't started
- Less than 3 days: Manufacturing likely complete, no refund available
- After billing: Product manufactured for you, no refund
Subscription Changes:
- Formula updates: Can request changes 7+ days before next cycle
- Shipping delays: Available if manufacturing hasn't begun
- Pause subscription: Available with 5+ days notice
Annual Subscriptions:
- Pro-rated refunds: Only for unmade/unshipped future orders
- Already manufactured: No refund for products made specifically for you
- Remaining balance: Calculated based on unprocessed future orders
7. ADVERSE REACTIONS AND SAFETY ISSUES

Our Response:
