RESTRICTED LOCATIONS:

  • International: Currently not available
  • APO/FPO addresses: Case-by-case basis

State-Specific Restrictions:

Some herbal ingredients may have state-specific regulations. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your location.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Order Processing:

  • Standard processing: 1-3 business days
  • Custom herbal blends: 3-5 business days
  • Subscription orders: Processed automatically 24-48 hours before shipping date

Processing Delays:

  • Inventory verification: Quality checks before shipping
  • Weather conditions: Extreme temperatures may delay processing
  • Holidays: Processing may be extended during holiday periods

Cut-off Times:

  • Orders placed before 2 PM EST: Same-day processing (Monday-Friday)
  • Weekend orders: Processed next business day
  • Holiday orders: Processed next business day

Express Shipping (1-2 business days):

  • Cost: FREE
  • Available: Monday-Tuesday orders only
  • Carrier: FedEx or UPS Express
  • Requirements: Signature confirmation required

Overnight Shipping:

  • Currently not available for herbal supplements
  • Reason: Temperature control and handling requirements

4. SPECIAL HANDLING FOR HERBAL PRODUCTS

Temperature Control:

  • Standard shipping: Insulated packaging when necessary
  • Summer months: Additional temperature protection
  • Extreme weather: Shipments may be delayed for product integrity

Packaging Standards:

  • Moisture protection: Sealed containers and desiccants

  • Discrete packaging: No external health product labeling

5. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

  • Photo confirmation: Standard for contactless delivery

Delivery Attempts:

  • Expedited/Express: Up to 2 delivery attempts
  • Failed delivery: Package returned to sender after final attempt

7. SHIPPING LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Our Responsibility:

  • Proper packaging: Secure, appropriate packaging for herbal products
  • Accurate labeling: Correct address and shipping labels
  • Timely handoff: Transfer to USPS within stated processing time
  • Insurance: Insure packages over $150 value
  • Tracking provision: Provide tracking information when available

USPS Responsibility:

  • Safe delivery: Delivery without damage or loss
  • Timely delivery: Delivery within estimated timeframes
  • Proper handling: Appropriate care during transit
  • Delivery confirmation: Proof of delivery or delivery attempts
  • Investigation: Resolution of lost, damaged, or delayed packages

Customer Responsibility:

  • Accurate address: Provide complete and correct shipping address
  • Availability: Be available to receive packages or arrange alternative delivery
  • Package inspection: Inspect packages upon delivery and report issues promptly
  • Secure location: Ensure delivery location is secure (we are not responsible for stolen packages after successful delivery)

Limitation of Liability:

  • Maximum liability: Our liability limited to product cost, not shipping costs
  • USPS issues: We are not responsible for USPS errors, delays, or damage
  • Successful delivery: Once USPS confirms delivery, our responsibility ends
  • Theft after delivery: Not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery
  • Weather delays: Natural weather conditions are beyond our control

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Current Status:

  • International shipping is currently not available.

Future Availability:

  • Planned expansion: Canada and select countries
  • Regulatory approval: Working on import/export requirements

International Customer Options:

9. TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS

Tracking Support:

10. SHIPPING ISSUES AND RESOLUTION

USPS Insurance Claims:

  • Automatic filing: We file insurance claims for lost or damaged packages over $150
  • Customer cooperation: Customer may need to provide additional information for claims
  • Processing time: USPS insurance claims take 5-15 business days
  • Claim approval: Replacement only provided after USPS approves insurance claim
  • Claim denial: If USPS denies claim, no replacement or refund available

Package Theft:

  • After delivery: Once USPS marks package as "delivered," theft is not our responsibility
  • Police reports: Customer should file police report for stolen packages
  • Delivery options: Consider USPS Hold for Pickup or requiring signature for valuable orders
  • Not covered: Package theft after successful delivery is not covered by insurance

Damaged Packages:

  • Inspect upon delivery: Check package condition before accepting delivery
  • Document damage: Take photos of package and contents immediately
  • Report within 24 hours: Contact both us and file USPS damage claim
  • USPS responsibility: Shipping damage is USPS liability
  • Our role: We'll assist with USPS damage claim filing
  • Resolution: Replacement provided only after USPS approves damage claim

Delayed Delivery:

  • Weather delays: Neither USPS nor we are responsible for weather-related delays
  • USPS service issues: Carrier delays are beyond our control
  • Tracking updates: We'll monitor and provide available information
  • No compensation: Delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation
  • Alternative: Consider expedited shipping for time-sensitive needs

Wrong Address Delivery:

  • Customer error: Customer responsible for providing correct address
  • Reshipment costs: Customer pays full shipping cost for address corrections
  • USPS delivery to wrong address: File claim with USPS if delivered to incorrect address due to postal error
  • Address verification: We verify address format but customer responsible for accuracy
  • No refunds: Incorrect customer addresses do not qualify for refunds
