No. Employees without a genetic test file can start with a symptom-based formula and add genetic data later. The AI builds a personalized protocol from their health profile alone — genetic data enhances it but isn't required to begin.
HR sees: program enrollment status, check-in engagement rates, aggregated team wellness scores (energy, sleep, digestion, stress), subscription management tools, and billing. HR does not see individual genetic data, personal health logs, or any medical information. All individual health data is private to each employee.
HR setup takes one call and same-day dashboard access. Employees can self-onboard in under 10 minutes. First formulas are manufactured and shipped within 7–10 business days of employee onboarding. Most teams are fully active within 2–3 weeks of contract signing.
